Greetings!
Haneol Entertainment recognizes GeNtLe as a special meeting place for Mr. Song Il-Kook and his fans. As his manager, I truly appreciate your endless support and love. I apologize for not being able to visit often. From now on, I plan to be more involved with GeNtLe by answering your questions and listening to your concerns.

Meeting between GeNtLe Staff and Mr. Song Il-Kook’s managers:posted: June, 16th, 2009
We would like to thank both managers for making us comfortable during the first formal meeting between the staff and the managers. They informed us that they read every post and every comment in GeNtLe thoroughly since they always look out for the best interest of Mr. Song Il-Kook and GeNtLe. We can definitely envision a brighter future for GeNtLe after meeting and interacting with the managers.
1. GeNtLe will be managed by three remaining Staff members. They will seek help from other GeNtLe family members as needed.
[Explanation: Soon after the initiation of newly elected staff members, one of the staff members decided to resign after disagreement and miscommunication between the staff members. There will be no additional election to replace this position.]
2. Formal meeting between GeNtLe family members will be held on Saturday, July 11th.
3. Mr. Song Il-Kook’s birthday party and fan meeting:
[Explanation: His birthday party will be held at the end of September like last year due to scheduling conflicts with Korean Thanksgiving Day and Mr. Song Il-Kook’s filming schedule. Furthermore, fan meeting will be postponed to the beginning of 2009!! (I don't get this point! aren't we already in the end of 2009 
)! We understand that we all want to see Mr. Song Il-Kook as much as we can, but due to GeNtLe’s financial situation and other events like member meeting in July and birthday party in September, it will be best to move the fan meeting to next year. We apologize for the delay.]
4. GeNtLe bank account will be under Staff 사랑아로아’s name and all donations and fees collected during the events will be deposited into this account. Staff 캄파눌라 will manage this account.
5. Mr. Song Il-Kook’s shooting for LG advertisement (printed ad) was originally planned for 6/18/09 but it has been postponed by few days. Also, his trip to Iran has been postponed to the end of July.
6. We will change GeNtLe’s main banner and display every 3 months.
[Explanation: Staff will encourage members to create their own versions of banners and displays and select those that get most compliments and recommendations from the members. If selected to be the official banner and display of GeNtLe, its creator will be rewarded with Mr. Song Il-Kook’s autograph or related gifts. If you are interested in participating, please visit 작품솜씨방 (last tab in the [DATA] section in the main menu).] (I might create something for the Cafe and hopefully they choose mine, but I need to get my exams out of the way first!

7. Mr. Song Il-Kook is still perusing different options for his next project. He will decide by the end of July. 
Although it may be disappointing to learn that it will take him longer to decide but we should all wait patiently.
8. Translation and interpretation for foreigners: 아키코 for Japanese, cherryrose for English, and narryjin for Chinese.
9. Managers will provide Mr. Song Il-Kook’s schedule at least one week in advance, except in the case of last minute changes.
10. Mr. Song Il-Kook’s injured shoulder has gotten much better and he is doing strengthening exercises to make it stronger. Currently, Mr. Song Il-Kook is exercising regularly and dieting to lose weight and to be healthier.
This sums up important points that were brought up during the meeting. We will try our best to bring the latest news of Mr. Song Il-Kook and to create memorable experiences to all GeNtLe family members. We appreciate all your interest and participation, and we ask for your unfaltering support.
